HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE TO PROCESS AND ARRIVE
We process orders within 1-2 Days and ship with tracking Australia wide, once shipped orders can take around 2-10 days depending on your location.
Orders shipped overseas can take 10-15 days depending on your location, and the postage you have selected.

Bark Butter products are handcrafted in Australia using locally sourced ingredients. Our products are made in Brisbane QLD using only natural and organic products. All Bark Butter products are cruelty free and completely safe to lick.

Yes, the Healing and Repair Balm will help with all skin issues your dog’s experiencing from Hotspots, Grass Rash, Skin Folds, Yeast Infections, Scar Healing, Dry Paw and Noses. It will help with everything including your own hands, and it's safe to lick.
MY DOGS ALWAYS ITCHY, WHAT CAN HELP
For dogs with itchy coats, we recommend our 2 in 1 Organic Shampoo and All Day Cologne. The shampoo will attack the issue for a long term result. The ‘All day cologne’ can be used daily to help with itching. If your dog’s very sensitive we also recommend the Healing and Repair Soap Bar, this is hemp-based and works very well with sensitive dogs. Need a bug repellent ? our Spritzer can help with that too.
HOW SAFE ARE THE OILS USED IN YOUR PRODUCTS
We only use 1% of all oils in our products / mixes. The oils we use have been tried and tested over five years with many happy customers across the world.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS
Yes, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your Bark Butter order, please contact us within ten days of your purchase for a full refund. We will need your invoice number and a quick image of the product with which you are not happy. Refunds do not apply to items shipped via Economy Air Internationally.
