Shipping & Returns


Shipping is free for all orders over $70 within Australia. For all orders under $70, we charge a flat rate of $7.95. 

Shipping within Australia may take from 2-7 business days, with an additional 2 days for rural deliveries.

• Queensland standard delivery is 2-3 business days
• South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales standard delivery is 3-5 business days
• Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory standard delivery is 5-7 business days

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 Business days. We deliver via a tracked courier service  - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.

Orders placed on a Friday or on the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday, or first available business day.

Most orders are shipped with Authority to leave activated. If you would prefer to sign for the parcel and the courier not leave it in a safe place please leave a note in the cart at check out. 

We don't adjust / amend delivery address, when you check-out please make sure your address is correct. Our system automatically prints packing slips. If for any reason your address is wrong and its returned to use, a re-delivery fee of $7.95 will be charged Australia wide. International re delivery will be based on location and weight.

New Zealand 

Shipping is free for all orders over $100 AUD to New Zealand. 

For all orders under $100 AUD, shipping starts at $10 AUD based on weight and location.

Shipping via economy air post - No Tracking, can take 7 business days.

Shipping via standard post - Tracking included, can take 5 business days.

    For international deliveries and pricing, please use Australia postcode 4000 to get your quote. We use the Standard shipping method as listed with tracking, or Economy Air with no tracking.

    If your country is not listed, please contact us, and we will add your location to the shipping system

    When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be added once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. We are unable to ship treats overseas, if you order a grooming bundle / pack it will be removed. We are working with customs at the moment so we can ship treats in the future to more countries. 

    You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Bark Butter does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply and/or taxes and duties at the destination. 


    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Bark Butter order, please contact us within ten days of your purchase for a full refund. We will need your invoice number and a quick image of the product that you are not happy with. Refunds do not apply to items shipped overseas, lost items or held by customs. 

    No refunds are given when using Economy Air Shipping for international orders as we can't track the parcel, any parcels lost or stolen are your responsibility, Bark Butter is not liable for any misplaced orders when using this service.
